The Metroid fields should probably be avoided, unless you can befriend these misunderstood, majestic creatures. At which point have at it! Ask any minion where the bar is if you get lost, the bushes are most certainly edible with your new mandible jaws, and the lava makes a cool *bloop* sound if fire a laser into it.
