Phil, the eternal lost Ripper
This was just some random thought I threw together at the time. I was thinking of the character "Ryoga" from Ranma 1/2 who was always getting lost and never knew where he was, but constantly thought he was heading in the right direction. I always figured that it would be nice to have him go on an adventure or two, but I never got around to it. You'll probably see Phil again someday, though.
