Yes... I created a comic PURELY to use the phrase "The beginning of the next fiscal year" :P
Note: Staticouch is someone from the #zebeth chatroom. He was the first to answer when I asked 'who wants to be mentioned in the next comic strip', so he's there as a pseudo-contest winner or something :P
